YouTube's MadeOn is its flagship annual product launch celebrating the next 20 years of the platform. I developed the creative framework and activation concepts for the after-hours networking event: a 125-person rooftop gathering at the Gansevoort in NYC's Meatpacking District.

The approach framed the evening around three modes of engagement: community maker moments, surprise-and-delight encounters, and quiet creative touchpoints giving guests permission to connect on their own terms rather than follow a prescribed program. Concepts ranged from a live digital portrait station and a roaming mentalist to sensory-driven maker activations, each designed to feel curated rather than produced.
